Customer Service Representative

**Working in a well-known Tech firm
  • Log and track system issues, requests and queries from customers
  • Liaise with other support teams cross functionally for smooth resolvements of issues
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents
  • Communicate with users to update them on issue status
  • Manage customer satisfaction surveys
  • Diploma/Degree in any field
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service in call center environment
  • Preferably Chinese speaker to liaise with Chinese customers
  • Customer service oriented
