Job Duties

The activities required to be performed shall include the following:

a)       Provide software administration support for PeopleSoft platform;

b)      Provide technical and operation support to developers and users;

c)       Monitoring of services to ensure service availability;

d)      Apply software and security patches;

e)      Provide incident and problem management;

f)        Develop and implement operational procedures to improve service;

g)       Project implementation and vendor management;


The qualifications and work experience required are as follows:

a)       Recognised Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent;

b)      Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the software administration and operation support in PeopleSoft platform;

c)       Proficient of PeopleSoft environment: Application server, Process Server, Batch Scheduler and PeopleTools;

d)      Experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solution and PeopleSoft Customer Relations Management system; 

e)      Experience in Oracle Database is an added advantage;

f)        Able to work independently, be analytical, be a good team player, able to multi-task and have good interpersonal and written communication skills;

g)       PeopleSoft certification is preferred.
