Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements review and technical solutioning/review for projects and enhancements.
2. Work on the delivery of projects, enhancements and fixes taking part in hands-on implementing, solutioning, reviews, planning and management
3. Manage delivery, support and incident management from in-house/outsourced team to ensure adherence to timelines, quality and SLA
4. Ensure adherence of development practice, standards and updated documentation
5. Make improvements in support service level, team competencies and issue management

Requirements

1. Have at least 5 years application development experience using .net, javascript frameworks/libraries e.g. angular, java, spring, web services, containers, AWS
2. Experience in vendor management, team management and collaboration with business and cross functional teams
3. Experience in first, second level production incident management
4. Strong understanding and experience in SDLC
5. Hands on experience with solution design and implementation of public facing mobile apps, responsive web/cloud native applications
6. Strong interest in exploring emerging technologies to support business needs
