[Accenture] Payroll Specialist

We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable organisation and would require suitably qualified candidates to send in your applications to us.
Location: Central
Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily payroll department operations and liaising with payroll vendor, local government bodies and multiple stakeholders
  • Review and prepare all the internal controls to ensure correctness before sending for approval
  • Review GL and internal control reporting
  • Checking of payroll accounting tasks
  • Preparation of reports for reporting
  • Ensure vendor proactively response to queries from employee/stakeholders
  • Assist to reconcile monthly payroll data and other related data against information provided by stakeholders
  • Assist on the global equity shares, people mobility, pay slips, bank file and other ad-hoc payroll related matters
  • Prepare/Reclass accrual JE
  • Attend to finance queries
  • Keep track on the monthly payroll issue, timelines and correspondence issues
  • Year end processing and other statutory activities
  • Support on ad-hoc projects and audits for ASEAN countries

Requirements:
  • Degree with minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll Management
  • Experience in performing payroll accounting taks
  • ASEAN exposure and experience in working with 3rd party vendors are preferred
  • Detail oriented, multi-tasker and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to change, with problem solving skills and ability to manage vendors
  • Good oral and written communication skills
