SAP Application Support

  1. Provide SAP B1 support, installation, maintenance and upgrade
  2. Work with SAP and other application vendors to ensure that business systems are operating smoothly 
  3. Manage day to day user queries and issues related to SAP 
  4. Ensure and monitor database backup on daily basis.
  5. Conduct annual disaster recovery exercise - supported by IT vendor 

Technical Capabilities: 

  1. Strong understanding in digital workforce management system such as Cloud and Mobile App 
  2. Good knowledge in SAP B1 9.2 and above 
  3. At least 3 years of experience in SAP application support
  4. Good knowledge in SQL queries and Crystal report 
  5. End-user experience is preferred 


  1. Degree in Information Technology or equivalent 
  2. Able to coordinate well with regional IT team/ IT vendor for network system troubleshooting or equipment such as Firewall, routers and switches 
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  4. Good analytical and problem solving skills 
  5. Take initiative and responsibility to ensure each incident are settled within the timeline
